A $5.00 Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns except for exchanges under $300
Restocking fee on larger returns determined by management
Restocking Fee will be waved with a new purchase of equal or greater value or in store credit.

Cables that are not in new condition are not returnable except for warranty replacement.

Items must be in their original packaging.

All cables have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Electronic items (Switch boxes, Splitters) will have a specified warranty period.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
